The Challenge: Managing High Recruiting Volume with a Lean Team
Lattice’s Talent Acquisition team consists of just seven members, including five recruiters, one hybrid recruiting coordinator & TA Ops professional, and the Director of Talent Acquisition – Nicole Hirsch.
Previously, Lattice operated with a 1:3 recruiting coordinator-to-recruiter ratio, but as the company grew, that changed to 1:5—and even 1:6, given that Nicole carries roles herself. With no dedicated sourcers, maximizing efficiency is crucial. Lattice faced the following challenges:
